As CCB CM team lead, I was responsible for reviewing all technical changes for the Stryker & making a recommendation to the CCB for approval or disapproval. Both of these major responsibilities routinely involved presenting project plans, enterprise systems test & evaluation results, enterprise system demonstrations & project progress reports at senior management meetings & IPT meetings. These presentations were jointly attended by US Government officials, GDLS Team Members and GDLS contractors & vendors.
