The company achieved breakeven in the first nine months and made profit from 2019 onwards. I was able to develop a committed workforce outsourcing of more than 1500 nos. and managed the company's departments like the Sales & Marketing, Operations, Commercial, Finance, HR, IT, HSC for the fulfillment of further expansion plans to across UAE. With my strategic expansion plans, we have diversified our service portfolio into various verticals, spanning staffing, payroll, recruitment, international placement and interim management with a client strength of over 400.
