In addition to leading and participating in projects related to brand purpose, positioning, identity, customer insights and segmentation - from proposal development to final presentation - for clients such as Citibank, IBM, Avon, Bradesco Seguros, Suzano and XP Investments, I was responsible for creating processes and implementing research and consulting methodologies through out the organization in order to imbue consistency across deliverables and deliver solutions that answered clients' business and consumer needs.MAIN PROJECTS• CCR – researched travelers’ behaviors on roads, airports and metro stations in different cities throughout Brazil. • Quicko – created the brand purpose, strategy and identity for a mobility app. (https://in.com.br/projeto/quicko/) • Suzano – created the brand purpose, strategy and identity for one of the world’s largest paper and pulp companies.(https://in.com.br/projeto/suzano/) • Citibank – consumer behavior research into the Brazilian premium banking segment. / Created an employee engagement program during the sale and handover period of the bank’s retail business. • Bradesco Seguros – sênior citizens consumer segmentation. • XP Investimentos – organized and defined the XP’s brand architecture after it acquired two other businesses (Rico e Clear).
