In my early years I was very curious and had a passion for what made engines and machinery function. On that account I decided to study and qualified in the Mechanical Engineering field at the University of Trás-os-Montes e Alto Douro in Vila Real, Portugal After completing my degree as a Mechanical Engineer, I went to do my internship within the manufacturing industry. This is where I grew! I felt comfortable with the choice made and found that I had the capacity of making decision, working under pressure, working within goals and objectives and within required budgets.I have since built a strong capacity to undertake quite a load of responsibility and know how to deal with daily issues that occur in the engineering profession. Further on I looked for new challenges, mainly in the Wind Energy Sector. This extension has allowed me to work directly with several large companies and manufacturers globally, where I had to implement many of my previously learned skills as a leader.
