I have a deep background in design and technology, and enjoy bringing new productsto life. As a leader of great people, I help others reach for and realize their potential as apart of a high-performing team. I grew a healthy consulting business for Slalom, while helping building amazing products for our clients. I helped designers and developers work better together, and supported teams seeking to transform their ways of working and move to high-performance. I also partnered with Marcelo Somers to develop and release PatternPack, a design system framework that was Slalom's first sponsored open source project.As an engineering leader, my hands on skills include: software engineering (I love anything javascript), engineering leadership development, and team performance development. I also speak at conferences and user groups including Big Design, Day of .NET and NDDNUG.
