Oversaw all secondary data needs for commercial operations and managed sales and marketing operations functions such as marketing communication, incentive compensation, sales force deployment, and sales administration.• Created and provided analytic reports and strategic guidance to executive and senior management utilizing IMS/NDC data, syndicated reports and primary market research information. Developed first syndicated data report for executive management• Led a cross functional team to support the needs of the marketing and field sales organization. This includes: meeting and convention planning, fleet management, and field communications. Also responsible for developing policies and procedures that impact field personnel including but not limited to: fleet, expense reporting, field equipment, territory management, promotional activities, etc • Implemented and coordinated all activities surrounding sales and marketing business intelligence such as sales and marketing analysis reporting, incentive compensation, territory quotas, and territory deployment.
