In charge of coordinate the group processes with the local financial teams. The main tasks are as follows: • Coordination of all financial reporting cycles (budget, monthly reporting, annual accounts, etc.) • Preparation of the consolidated monthly P&L, cash flow overview and forecast of Deerns Group. • Preparation of the consolidated quarterly P&L, Balance Sheet, cash flow overview and forecast of Deerns Group and presentation to the board of directors. • Support with the introduction and maintenance of the new ERP system. Including the implementation in new countries (Spain, Italy, Turkey and France). • Direct involvement in the startup of new companies (Turkey and Brazil). • Ad hoc analysis and tasks on request of the CFO of Deerns Group or local management. • Producing the statutory accounts of Deerns Group. • Direct contact with the financial auditors. • Ensure that appropriate systems and internal controls are implemented and maintained by performing internal audits to the national offices. • Involvement in diverse group projects.

As the Intercompany Accountant I am responsible of all the intercompany issues between Canon Europa N.V. (CENV) and the Affiliates (EMEA). My main activities and responsibilities included:• Monthly reconciliation with CENV’s Affiliates.• Quarterly reconciliation with Canon Inc.
