Guided process improvements with the store supply distributor resulting in more operational visibility and control. Reviewed all store supply categories across three brands, eliminating unnecessary or redundant parts and exchanging others for more efficient or cost effective alternatives reducing annual spend by $500,000. Attend Press checks on behalf of brands for catalog color approval and trained others to manage the process.Managed the bidding process for shopping bags, across three brands resulting in $300,000 annual savings.
