Playing a pivotal role in working with our team of community volunteers and through our Official Rep programme to bridge the gap between aspiring students and reputable universities, educational institutions and alternative pathway options, empowering individuals to embark on successful educational journeys that align with their aspirations and career goals. In this position, I lead and oversee all student recruitment activity across pre-degree, BA (Hons) and Postgraduate programmes, including but not limited to, internal and external events (such as Open Days and Applicant Days, UCAS events and Outreach). I also oversee the front-of-house team (Enquiry and Conversion Officers) within the university, managing processes and procedures from supporting students and staff with enquiries and various external relations such as the university enquirer nurture process. Working collaboratively with the Brand team, admissions team and key academic and senior staff to provide effective team leadership that positively supports the delivery of crucial student recruitment focussed projects and activities.

Continuing my work within the Student Recruitment team at Arts University Plymouth, In this role I will focus on coordinating all internal events, including Open Days, applicant engagement events and progression and conversion events. I will further my knowledge and experience in the university’s CRM system and ensure this is incorporated into all of the university’s internal recruitment events as well as overseeing applicant-focussed comms through various channels such as the website, CRM, physical mailouts and email-shots and with the support of the team, manage the University Student Ambassador scheme.
