Charged with the responsibility of starting a new church in the Fair Oaks region of Fairfax, Virginia. Responsibilities entailed the coordination of supporting agencies and churches, the selection of church location, the development of outreach programs, worship services and study programs, as well as the ordinary duties of pastoral ministry. Fair Oaks was constituted and incorporated in October of 1995.
