Managed $600M program responsible for resolving combat capability shortfalls in 11 USAF organizations. Developed operational requirements and defended funding streams for the USAF’s new $5.2B radar and $65M command and control system.

Deployed to the Middle East as a member of the senior planning team responsible for overseeing the operational readiness of the Department of Defense’s most sophisticated Air and Missile Defense architecture. Led joint Army and Air Force missile defense analysis project resulting in recommendations endorsed by the Commanding four-star general and approved by the Secretary of Defense.

Examined the statistical rigor of weapon system test and evaluation results in live, virtual and constructive simulation environments.

Belgium

Managed all facets of North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) AWACS academic, simulator and flight training for a diverse organization of 623 aircrew representing 13 NATO nations. Oversaw the design and acquisition of $8.3M flight deck and $5M mission crew simulators. Completely overhauled Cold War era aircrew training requirements resulting in the successful integration of NATO AWACS aircrews into complex and dynamic combat operations across Afghanistan.

Led 12 combat proven instructors responsible for implementing training programs that prepared 1,800 USAF aircrew to execute the full spectrum of military operations across the globe. Authored new training programs that leveraged investments in high-end simulation to mitigate the operational impacts from an 18% cut in flying hours. Program successfully implemented worldwide.
