My teaching pedagogy, helps to provide dynamic learning environment for the students. I use conventional as well as modern tools of learning such as power point presentations, online videos, educational websites and many more tools available online. In addition to it, the courage to question is the most important tool I provide my students to satisfy their academic curiosity. Evaluation based upon precise judgment of students learning is the way to inspire students to work hard. In order to assess student learning, I focus on the problem solving skill of the students. I provide a favorable framework in the class conducive for critical thinking. Mere memorization is discouraged and class assessment tests are designed to promote critical thinking and higher level synthesis. The evaluation process does not ends up in securing best grades in exams, I myself as a teacher, evaluate myself how my students play their part in the societal development. Show less

I use to update my lecture notes with the help of reading recent publications in the field and other available means of information related to my course. I actively participate in discussions about teaching strategies with my peers. My commitment to career development is motivated by my desire to be an effective mentor and communicator with my students from diverse theological and socio-cultural backgrounds. I will continue to encourage my students to engage with cultures and world views different from them. It will prepare students to respond to diversity with sociability, respect and understanding.
