My primary focus is to drive member adoption, engagement, and utilization of our Digital Banking products and services. I support this role by creating compelling content for email, social media, and digital advertising. My role involves:- Developing and executing content strategies to enhance digital banking adoption.- Writing and editing informative and engaging content tailored to our members' needs.- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.- Analyzing campaign performance and leveraging insights to optimize future initiatives.- Educating members on the benefits and functionalities of our digital banking services to improve user experience and satisfaction.

- Responsible for examining current workflows within website and online banking channels - Responsible for programming and scheduling of digital ads for various marketing and media channels and in aiding in the development of communication strategies for product launches- Point of contact for printhouse, print vendors, and statements, direct mail pieces, etc- Continued previous role as Webmaster while providing in-house graphic design as needed- Analyzed and optimized workflows within the ABNB company website, while implementing user-centric design principles and best practices to enhance usability, accessibility, and engagement of ABNB online banking channels. - Utilized FiServ based data extraction tools and querying skills to gather relevant demographic insights and create targeted marketing lists for mailing campaigns.

- Served as ABNB’s all-in-one internal graphic designer, multimedia designer, and webmaster.- Supported ABNB marketing campaigns through the creation of digital graphics, logos, online banners, HTML email designs, etc. - Initiated the creative for corporate stationary, letterheads, flyers, posters, newsletters, annual report booklets.- Spearheaded the creation of new designs for credit and debit cards, postcards, billboards, vehicle wraps, and specialty logos for select lines of business.- Worked closely with the Marketing Manager and Director of Brand to ensure consistent brand representation across all print and digital media channels. - Worked closely with third-party print vendors to facilitate orders of in-branch marketing materials, and with mail houses to coordinate the distribution of communication pieces mailed to our members.- Responsible for content management and brand consistency for corporate logos, letterheads, email templates, PMS colors, and other branded assets.- Responsible for programming digital advertisements through internal channels including ATMs, InLighten, and Works24.- Responsible for maintenance of the ABNB website and digital marketing channels and served as the point of contact for troubleshooting issue with our FIRSTBranch webhost. - Filmed, produced, co-directed, and animated a series of informative videos, including In-House Staff Training Videos, Member Testimonials, Financial Education Videos, and Promotional Videos for various products and services.- Developed interactive training courses with Adobe Captivate, and earned my certification as an Adobe Captivate Instructional Design Specialist (2019).
