As SVP, then EVP, I led the launch and growth of a media, advertising, and technology division where I put new revenue acceleration strategies in place for partners, built a multimillion-dollar business, and achieved ~90% account retention.In 2007, I joined Filmaka— the first digital entertainment studio and video marketplace for collaborations between aspiring artists and marquee brands. As the Head of Community, Content, Marketing & Sales Operations until 2010, I built a network of +30,000 creators and worked with agencies to deliver hundreds of hours of content, primetime visibility (Super Bowl, Grammys), and numerous awards.Earlier in my career, I was one of the marketing leads in the growth of FOX into the highest-rated free-to-air network. I led my team in stewarding +$1B of promotional inventory while elevating the awareness of content like AMERICAN IDOL, 24, and THE SIMPSONS and serving as a member of the task force that launched Hulu.
