About Onirudda Odikare Jhalak

Throughout my professional career, I have developed myself more like full stack web developer where I primarily work in backend but at the same time can work in frontend. On one hand, I have got compliment from my team members and PO for developing backend service, API and various cost cutting features, on the other hand I was awarded by stakeholders for producing pixel perfect UI. After passing 10+ years in this industry, I have learnt how to take responsibility of my work and finish it by myself, how to be a good member of a team on whom the team member or lead can count on, and how to lead a team such a way that all of us can sleep well at the end of the day. Having understanding of both development and business, facilitates my planning, explanation and execution.

Achievements:* Created REST APIs and a frontend module from where Campaign Managers (CM) can set up an ad and can add various targeting to it.* Developed a authorization system where admin can create role and assign permissions to desired roles from a Drupal-like tabular checkbox interface.* Developed a reporting module that allows CMs to generate report about a campaign with various customizable options.* Built a docker setup so that developer can run multiple laravel applications locally and applied it in my company dev server to get multiple dev instance in the same machine.
