I am commercially orientated with internal global teams and full P&L responsibility, spearheading product/service development & marketing and full sales life cycle engagement, strengthening client partnerships to deliver ROI and full referencability for all products and services. In this role I prioritise market requirements, client requirements, work to existing team strengths – augmenting with partners to create new solutions. I collaborate with the relevant stakeholders to define and deliver the features required from a product perspective. The OnDemand and Managed Service solutions helps to ensure improved efficiency regarding Platform/EDM operations leading to higher ROI, lower overall costs and a predictable and dependable rolling service.This role has a very high degree of external contact with current clients, prospects, industry analysts, and other software vendors.•Lead from the front - driving projects from start to finish, taking full responsibility for delivery of product solutions•Creation of product & Service solutions aligned to the business, Market/client needs and company growth •Focus on cost reduction, skills availability, HR planning and efficiency as part of every solution•Inspire the team and all stakeholders with the product vision with clear targets set along 18 month, 3 and 5 year timeframes•Internal and external Service Reviews and audits•Go to Marketing planning•Be a subject matter expert on hosting and architecture/security topics and Target Operating Models (TOM)•Keep clear and correct governance structures both internally and externally to ensure progress toward customer and business goals, ensuring ROI and presenting artefacts for transparency to all stakeholders•Regulatory compliance ISO20000, ISO27001, ISO22301
