CurrentProviding Exceptional Service to all ATI Customers as we continue to lead the industry in the design, and manufacture of Automated Test Systems....--Installing Automated Test Systems in a timely manner to meet Customer deadlines.--Initial power-up and checkout of Automated Test Systems / Equipment.--Training Customers on Operation and Calibration of Test Systems.--Providing Customer Support via phone, as well as at customer's facility (On-Site).--Maintaining files regarding Service / Customer correspondence.--Generating reports as to findings / issues while providing Service (using excel, word, etc.).--Handling of proprietary information.--Training new technicians and assembly personnel on wiring techniques, panel layouts, etc.--Troubleshooting of Automated Test Systems.
