A Proud Anglo & Franco-Canadian from the small town of Chibougamau, Quebec I was raised with a hockey stick in hand and could skate before I could walk. Competitive hockey always emphasized teamwork and accountability, and its relevance within the turnkey Design/Build methodology couldn't be more applicable. ARCO/Murray's client-focused approach integrates design services into our contract framework. We outsource most of our design work to trusted partners, allowing us to assemble the right team for our client's needs. As the leaders of the construction/design teams and the single point of contact for our clients, we design and execute work efficiently, transfer design risk from client to ourselves in turn eliminating the need for the typical finger-pointing between designers and contractors. As one of the leads for ARCO/Murray Toronto office, my main focus is to continue providing first-in-class design/build service to our existing clients building on both sides of the border, fostering local project opportunities, connecting with architecture/engineering/construction (A/E/C) and commercial real estate (CRE) professionals and continue to prove construction doesn't need to be a long, drawn-out process that runs over budget and prevents you from doing your job.
