VP Marketing, Mattel Interactive; Formerly Co-Founder/CEO of 3DPlanet Inc. (acquired by Mattel 1999)Creator of 3Dgreetings a top electronic greeting website that produced media rich 3D animated cards. Responsibilities included building a profitable Internet business model through viral marketing campaigns, all product/content development, and managing all financial aspects of the company through the acquisition with Mattel. 3DGreetings.com was consistently ranked in the top 500 of ALL websites during 1998/1999 according to Nielsen Netratings / Media Metrix rankings. 3DGreetings.com delivered over 100,000 greeting cards per day. At Mattel, managed all aspects of marketing for the social expression website which became the largest traffic site within the Mattel Interactive group.

Formerly co-founder/President Visual Software (Acquired by Micrografx 1996), a consumer software company which developed nationally distributed, “best selling” 3D graphics and animation applications for use in logo design, 3D rendering applications, and film/TV. Products included Simply3D, Visual Reality, and Instant3D. Software applications became top sellers for over 18 months in the retail channel. Responsibilities included all areas of company strategy, product design and product marketing. After acquisition managed all aspects of product development.

Co-founded New Image Industries which developed the first integrated graphics work stations for various vertical markets including beauty, cosmetic surgery, dental, and design. Products allowed image rendering solutions for markets that allowed clients to visualize changes virtually on the computer. Solutions were sold to: Cosmetic surgeons so potential patients could see surgical procedures prior to the operation; Dentists for visualizing cosmetic dentistry procedures; hair salons so clients could experiment with hair color and style changes; and architects for doing 3d rendering of designs. The company also produced the first Intraoral camera for dentists which allowed visualization for patients which was never before possible. The company raised over $25M though an IPO, and later sold the business to DENTSPLY (Nasqaq: XRAY).Responsibilities included all aspects of product design and management, product marketing, and operations.
