Real Estate investment parent company that uses property to provide an additional option between renting and homeownership. LMDCC does this by placing the property's ownership in an LLC that multiple residents can earn shares of while also curating a site specific community that fosters personal and economic growth. While this doesn't provide all the benefits of home ownership, it far surpasses the traditional model of renters unable to gain any equity. It also inspires the responsibility that comes with ownership, develops professional networks, and allows members access to many more tools than they could attain individually. Our models show that this generates far more capital in the areas where the property is located than traditional methods of ownership.2 large projects completed in Austin and San Diego (ongoing, insta: @wildseedsranch).
