Assistant Manager
Current*Effectively managing and leading HR Operations for a headcount of 1000+ employees across PAN India.*Collaborating with the management team to develop and implement HR policies and processes, including Information Security Management System (ISMS) and rehire policy, to foster a positive company culture and improve work effectiveness*Implementing and automating HR processes/modules through HRMS (Human Resource Management System) to streamline operations and improve efficiency*Working closely with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to address employee queries and concerns throughout the employee lifecycle, understanding talent priorities, and taking proactive actions to address them*Gathering employee satisfaction feedback through various channels through survey to assess employee sentiment and make necessary improvements*Conducting sessions and surveys related to employee engagement.*Acting as a trusted point of contact for employees throughout the employee lifecycle, engaging in regular one-on-one meetings, formal/informal connections, retention conversations, and exit interviews to understand employee pulse, gather feedback, and work with leaders to enhance employee experience*Procuring vendors for insurance policy renewals, background verification (BGV) processes, and other requirements to align with the company's objectives*Supporting the Finance team in completing end-to-end HR audit processes on a quarterly and annual basis and managing payroll and related queries.*Assist in determining current staffing needs and developing a sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plans and strategies*Steering the appraisal cycle, conducting awareness sessions for employees, and facilitating feedback sessions to foster growth and development*Generating HR metrics reports, such as headcount, attrition rate, and people demographics, to provide decision support .*Guiding & partnering with the senior leadership team for all people-related matters affecting the business.
