Cohanim Architecture is a seven strong group of ARB and RIBA architects, architectural assistants and structural engineers working on projects around the United Kingdom and internationally. Contract size ranges from small residential alterations to £10m+ schemes. A handful of schemes command GDV's in excess of that figure, such as PCL offices, mixed-use and hospitality venues. We strive to keep ahead of the latest technological advances and integrate BIM through a project lifecycle. We combine this with our tenacity and architectural creativity to deliver measurable results for our clients who we enthusiastically support throughout their project.We regularly gain consents for notoriously challenging projects located within the Green Belt, AONB and Conservation Areas and on many dozens of listed buildings.
