I am a strategic PR consultant with ten years’ experience. I have worked with organisations spanning a range of sectors from housing, health and public sector to technology, education and FMCG. I ran the press office for Helena Partnerships housing association, developed high profile campaigns at the National Housing Federation and have led PR accounts for the likes of Brio Retirement Living, Your Housing Group and tech start-up DigitalBridge. A career highlight was securing 500 pieces of coverage across the BBC for the National Housing Federation in a single day. I am particularly passionate about improving mental health and wellbeing and diversity and inclusion in the PR industry. I now lead fundraising and marketing at MASH, a small but impactful charity supporting women experiencing multiple disadvantage including homelessness, addictions and domestic violence to empower them and reduce harm in their lives. I do this on a part-time basis alongside my freelance PR work. A safe pair of hands with agency and in-house experience, I am passionate about working creatively with organisations to help them achieve their business objectives. Oh, and if you ever need a singer...at weekends I front wedding band, The Rumour Mill! Contact me on Janellehardacre@outlook.com
