• Project Engineer for United States Air Force Blue Devil 2 (BD2) Airship: Propulsion Gondola – Oversee and manage all aspects of program subsystem (the propulsion car) development and manufacturing for the airship program (started in late January 2012). • BD2 Airship Deflate and Crate Project Team; tasked to manage and facilitate deflating/packing/shipping the 300+’ airship as well as close out all components of the program. • Systems engineering work for multiple project teams on the BD2 program. (Payload Integration Infrastructure, Mission Payloads, Airship)• Manage vendors, independent contractors, scheduling and resources for the (BD2) Payload Integration Infrastructure (PII) Independent Program Team • Design, develop and procure components and subsystems for the quick reaction capability BD2 PII Subsystem. • Manage and facilitate FAA certification of BD2 PII palletized payload backbone system for the BD2 airship program.

Pneumatic Deice Design & Certification• Managed numerous aircraft deice boot certification projects (FAA was governing body).• Product development and design - pneumatic deice boots (as well as other pneumatic system components and manufacturing processes) for both existing and new aircraft (OEM).• Perform icing certification flight tests on numerous aircraft (involved with all aspects; aircraft and hardware preparation, flight test engineer, wind tunnel testing, data reduction, Airworthiness Certification, Supplemental Type Certificate, Parts Manufacturer Approval, instrumentation, etc.)• Vendors/customers/contractors technical liaison
