Working with B2B and B2C at Kirton Healthcare, I managed ten of the companies most profitable accounts. As the Key Account Manager it was my responsibility to look after all large contracts, tenders and accounts such as international healthcare group, Bupa. A contract that was worth £2m to the company. This included constant communication between businesses, keeping within service level agreements and actively working to improve productivity daily. Daily tasks also included cold calling, lead generation and handling data.I was second in charge of the office staff when the Manager was away. In addition to that, I worked with Kirton Healthcare and Direct Healthcare Group to ensure a smooth transition of the companies merge and move to new premises. I extended my time with them for an extra five months to provide extensive training to a group of ten new staff members.
