I was involved along with new UX leadership and team members, in the digital transformation of vAuto applications into more user centered solutions. Our newly established team introduced generative and evaluative research, and when to use each. Created User Personas, Journeys, RITE Method User Testing, while embedded in a SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework for Enterprise) development environment. All while also producing the artifacts and deliverables that were handed off to development teams.

At CLEAResult I consulted, advised and designed the UX initiatives for their suite of digital products. This work focuses on the intuitive workflow of user tasks, both for customer facing portals, and internal employee tools. I am also charged with the unifying the visual presentation and interaction patterns across three newly acquired software systems, so they have a uniform digital presence.In a previous assignment I designed the information architecture and interaction patterns for the online support manual for for LabVIEW; National Instruments flagship software product. Also designed landing pages for new product rollouts, and worked closely with development teams to ensure that new design elements and interaction patterns could be implemented into Adobe Experience Manager.

Lead a UX team that created car dealership sales support applications contained within a central dashboard. The hub of this dashboard links credit applicants to vehicles aligned with their credit scores, and allows for term adjustments in real time. Supporting tools provide the ability for sales professionals at partner car dealerships to submit customer credit applications, view statuses of contracts and track sales performance.

Charged with the redesign of communication and promotional e-mails. Worked closely with MarCom copywriters to meet the strict deadlines. Also provided functionality documents, wireframes and high-resolution designs for new web implementations. Worked with fellow creative team members in the redesign of corporate branding and style guides.

Interfaced with product owners, marketing and technology teams to determine the development strategy for implementing new features and products for Southwest.com. Served as a user advocate from the initial stages of development for new projects. Utilized best practices to produce wireframes, mockups, UI artifacts, multi-layered PSD’s, and the best user experience possible for the Southwest Airlines brand.

Duties were to identify business challenges, and to create marketing strategies to address these challenges. Oversaw all marketing efforts from conception and artistic direction, to strategic planning, implementation and analytics. Was also charged with determining the best ways to visually represent Maxsys Solutions’ identity through out all communication platforms, media and web.

Oversaw the art direction for marketing collateral, brochures, business cards, and stationary using Adobe Creative Suite. Updated and developed new logos for several new brand launches, and utilized them through all communication platforms. Prioritized multiple projects while maintaining creative concepts in a deadline-oriented environment.

Marketing position in which responsibilities included to coordination of promotional, marketing and advertising material. Designed print advertisements and posters using Adobe Creative Suite for concerts and events. Maintained company website, managed social media profiles, and worked within budget boundaries. Also sought out musical acts, and drove ticket sales.

Outside sales representative that worked directly with businesses and organization that purchase advertising in the weekly paper. Served as a consultant to develop strategic advertising plane and creative concepts in print and web advertising.

Creative and administrative position in which responsibilities included content management of gallery website, creation of graphic design projects for mailings to clients focusing and promoting specific artists, edited and color corrected photos of artwork using Adobe Photoshop. Interpreted managements visions and ideas into effective marketing collateral. Oversaw shipping and receiving of artwork and filled in on the sales floor when needed.
