Overall responsibility for establishing and coordinating all marketing and sales strategies, plans, events and functions and directing staff & volunteers within approved sales, budget and business plans; responsible to maintain and expand present client base through prospecting, sales calls, advertising, brochures and networking; evaluate and direct initiatives and programs to include negotiating contracts, initiating proposals, and closing deals; create, organize & manage adult & youth sports leagues (flag football, softball), tournaments (golf, softball, flag football) which were all funded by sponsorships & partnerships as well as business networking events which supported nonprofit organizations

I was responsible for acquiring and building partnerships with various businesses to build the AAFL brand while getting my clients a high ROI.I did this by creating win/win partnerships through various marketing and advertising campaigns which involved TV, radio, print, events, lifestyle marketing, fundraising and more.

I was responsible for establishing/maintaining new/old accounts, trained clients on how to setup & dismantle tradeshow exhibits and graphics, helped clients come up with a solution for marketing & advertising at tradeshows. I was responsible for establishing one of the largest accounts this company ever had and went on to win The Best in Show at the first show we used the new $140K exhibit I sold them; it was the first award my client had ever won at a tradeshow.
