I am a strong supporter of technology in the classroom and have been part of a team who introduced using Smartboards in our school. Our school issued iPads to all students and I have worked hard to integrate their usage into all parts of my lesson plans. I have served on the certification team for our school and with the Alabama Independent School Association in reviewing other schools for their certification. I am also the junior class sponsor, which organizes our yearly senior prom. - Currently seeking Texas certification due to upcoming move in June 2015- Certified in Alabama since 2006- Permanent Louisiana certification granted in 2005- Completed 2 year new teacher assessment successfully in 2004
