Career accomplishments include:- Provided executive leadership for 800 employee organization operating on a $300 million budget. - Developed and implemented safety, health, and environmental initiatives both at the facility and corporate levels to establish a learning and high performing culture. Multiple years with zero events. - Led major projects ($200 million) from conceptual ideas through operational acceptance. - Chaired teams responsible for completion of regulatory separation requirements, major trust funding, sale or purchase of companies, and significant safety and health initiatives including: Human Performance (HPI), Confined Space, Core Observations, and Latent Cause Analysis.
