I also managed the training programme for a Brand co-project called 'Second Half' - a groundbreaking initiative to support female footballers in Europe, as they consider their careers beyond soccer.Whilst at the BBC, I steered the strategy and digital transformation of the corporation's television training offer via blended learning, leading to significant cost savings whilst maintaining world-class learning. In order to achieve this I led a team of staff and contractors, to pivot away from classroom teaching to a digital-first method of delivery.I am an expert in needs analysis, design, delivery & review. I have significant experience in creating multi-media enriched training, using video and audio recording and editing skills. I'm equally at home in an one-on-one scenario or delivering training to large groups of senior or junior staff.
