− Led day-to-day management of a $1.9 million portfolio of 54 projects covering Fund Administration, Accounting and Pricing systems, and Custody and Cash Control areas, all part of the Fidelity Pricing and Cash Management Systems (FPCMS) Program− Oversaw a $600,000 annual budget and the five-person Bridge Solutions development team, delivering numerous automated solutions to support the business needs of three divisions that led to productivity improvements and time savings on the scale of many orders of magnitude− Drove the redesign of the CIMCON, MySox and XLRisk applications to address Sarbanes Oxley requirements; migrated SQL Server applications to Oracle and upgraded applications that were over three years out of date− Successfully migrated FPCMS business and systems teams (1,705 associates and 640 non-dedicated workstations) from Windows XP/Office 2003 to Windows 7/Office 2010 with no down time and 5% under the $2.2 million budget− Migrated eight primary file and print servers containing 1,700+ critical production support files in under six weeks

− Delivered world-class IT project management consulting services on assignment to top firms in the financial sector− Engagements included: o Fannie Mae (Dallas, TX): served as the Senior Project Manager leading the Servicing Alignment Initiative implementation and rollout in support of the HARP mortgage refinancing program; collaborated with five VPs at Fannie Mae on the successful rollout to over 1,400 servicing firmso TD Ameritrade (Fort Worth, TX): delivered the core program that served as the base for a new back office system that was replacing a legacy system as part of a $95 million modernization initiative; drove infrastructure connectivity, business requirements development and planning phases for the programo Penson Financial (Dallas, TX): managed all business and operational requirements, working hand-in-hand with nine Business and Operations areas, to ensure a swift and successful merger of clearing operations and migration to a new service bureau providero HD Vest (Wells Fargo) (Irving, TX): served as the Program Manager who led the $8.5 million project to tactically integrate the Brokerage Operations department for HD Vest with Wells Fargo Advisors in St. Louis as part of the overall merger of Wells Fargo and Wachovia

− Developed and led strategic change initiatives in the support of the $108 million ArvinMeritor transformation program, supervising 26 project managers and serving as the Transition and Transformation Manager for critical Phase I migration; led the strategic and tactical project management planning and administration for phases II and III− Successfully completed a global transition, migration and integration of over 200 Servers and a large mainframe system into the EDS Service Management Center, consolidating servers from North America, South America and European client data centers− Established the core policies and procedures for change management, schedule management, reporting, metrics and risk management across how many departments within both service provider and client organizations− Designed and implemented executive-level Dashboard and Critical Path Reporting; instituted a web-based document repository to facilitate information exchange

− Developed the specifications for and successfully implemented the infrastructure for Cardinal Health’s new back office systems, including US-based production test environments, disaster recovery, backup and European-based production infrastructure, as part of this $35 million project− Managed a team of eight project managers and network engineers− Achieved the data center recertification of client-side production, backup and disaster recovery facilities in Germany, using Rapid Development and Incremental Delivery to minimize delays and outages, and eliminate disruptions in production

− Managed the $8 million DBMS Risk Remediation Program, designed to shore up the technical standards of the enterprise to meet new regulatory requirements− Defined the standards, procedures and automated tools for all of Wachovia’s 1,000+ major database systems, directly negotiating new security standards with the company’s compliance division that met all SEC requirements− Directly managed a 35-person team, with 125 dotted line reports
