Graduated from the University of Arkansas Fort Smith with an Associates of Applied Science - Information Technology. Jesse began working for Olive Garden in 2007 as Server/Bartender and remained in those positions during college. In 2013 Jesse accepted a position as a Sales Associate for Ashley Furniture Home stores. After several months, he rejoined the Darden Family to pursue a career in Management. Jesse became a certified trainer for the Fort Smith location and shortly after was promoted to Service Manager in Branson, Missouri. As a Service Manager, Jesse lead the Arkansas region in on time and accuracy for off premise sales. This location also became the only store to ever hit 100% accuracy in the Arkansas region. Jesse was then moved to Culinary Manager position for one year and during that time, the culinary team was top ten taste of food. He transferred back to the Fort Smith location and lead the team to be number one in the region in on time and accuracy while building sales over the previous year. As of 2023, his departments leads the Arkansas region.Jesse lives in Paris, Arkansas with his wife and two children. He loves fishing, gaming and food. His goals are to continue to gain the knowledge needed to advance in his current career or begin a new.
