- As manager of the Service Department, responsible for all warranty and post-warranty support, serving a customer base of over 500 antenna measurement systems in nearly thirty countries.- Manage and schedule a team technicians to perform all maintenance and calibration activities - Develop business models to help customers increase the up time of their equipment through more effective support.- As project manager developed product line of compact antenna test ranges (CATR). The CATR was developed for a specific project, but further expanded into a product line with a full array of range sizes for customers wishing to test anything from large telecommunications antennas to small missile antennas. New product was comprised of a cutting edge reflector, feed, positioner, as well as test equipment required to validate the antenna test range, all new technologies developed for this product line by in-house engineers, as well as three subcontractors.

- Concurrently manages projects with a total value of over $74M encompassing delivery of over 30 weather radar systems for customers in Europe, Asia, and South Africa. The projects involve: -- Overseeing system integration of stationary and mobile weather radars -- Managing R&D of new radar components, such as a receiver or software, to ensure compliance to customer requirements -- Managing civil works subcontractor to ensure timely delivery of sites Delivering complex computer networks distributing and integrating radar data -- Effectively supervise five subcontractors responsible for civil works, software R&D, telecommunications, and maintenance- Establish and implement risk management plans- Control all financial aspects of project

- Responsible for analyzing training, operational and maintenance requirements and scheduling surveillance equipment and 55 personnel- Assisted instructing personnel in tactics, techniques, and procedures to better employ a TPS-75 surveillance radar in weapons control, surveillance, and data-link functions.- As Air Surveillance Officer, headed a crew operating the TPS-75 radar, data-links, providing command and control to aircraft and sending an integrated air picture to higher headquarters.- Coordinated with other NATO and US units for training and missions- Provided command and control as part of multinational forces enforcing UN resolutions in the Middle East
