My journey in arts started early on during my elementary school when I got enrolled into a weekend art school from where I graduated in Arts (university affiliate program).My fascination, learning, and experimentation with contemporary and modern art developed during my early college and continued throughout my MBA and work years in India, UAE and in US, being exposed to new ideas, techniques, culture and master works in cosmopolitan cultures. This ultimately culminated in me turning professional contemporary artist in 2016. In this pan-American operating role (eyes and ears of the CEO across large scale initiatives and resolutions that mattered most for the firm), I covered Markets, Investment Banking, Corporate Banking, Credit Cards and Wealth Management businesses as a Senior Executive working directly with CEO of Barclays Americas (initially working with COO and Head of Strategy as well):- Led Chief-of-Staff, strategy development, and execution functions during this period- Helped establish and support Barclays Americas Legal Structure as mandated by Dodd-Frank Act - Helped establish and support Intermediate Holding Company (IHC) Board (including Risk, Audit, Operations, Compliance, and Infrastructure Committees) and later led as the Secretary of Infrastructure Committee. Supervised a range of regulatory strategy initiatives mandated by Fed and other regulatory agencies overseeing Barclays businesses- Led several growth and business transformation programs- Implemented operational control and regulatory frameworks- For the CEO of Barclays, monitored business and divisions wind-downs from Executive Office standpoint (M&A - Divestitures and post Merger Integrations)- Represented executive management on Steering Committees of critical initiatives, and, managed and contributed in regulatory response preparation (for US, UK and other Americas-region regulators - including for Global/US Board meetings, Audit/Compliance Committee meetings, and regular meetings with Fed and other regulators)
