Information Security leader with over a decade of experience in the Financial Services industry. I have a diverse technical background that serves as a strong foundation to understand technical challenges as well as higher education and experience dealing with senior business leaders/executives to help execute business strategies. People are the most important asset in an organization and their importance is critical to the success of an Information Security program. I have built successful Professional Development programs that help employees achieve their professional goals and championing for the resources they need to achieve their goals. I am a firm believer in continuous growth and have continued my learning through various industry certifications (CISSP, CISM, CCSP, CRISC), and was part of the inaugural cohort at Auburn University's Cybersecurity Executive MBA program.In partnership with our Chief Diversity Officer, and the University of Alabama at Birmingham we established the Cadence Bank Computer Science Diversity and Inclusion Scholarship Program. These scholarships were awarded to underrepresented students to help them continue their higher education journey and promote diversity in Technology.
