My name is Edgardo V Jacobe Jr and you can call me Jr for short, I started my first job when I was 19 y.o and I was a working student that time, they hire for the position as a business process associates on my first company named American Data Exchange corporation back then I was doing data entry and proof read all the data input code by code, and making sure it was encoded correctly, then after 2 years I decided to leave and look for a better opportunity and a new career which I become a Financial Analyst on Dream Wealth Inc., my job there was to secure, analyze all the client detail before transferring their request, after a couple of month working hard sharing knowledge to others the management appreciate me, and promote me as a Team Leader as team leader I used to be kind and helpful not only on my team but for the rest of my co-worker, then again after for almost 2 years I decided to leave again and look for a new career which help me to widen my knowledge, I tried to worked as a Customer Service Rep. on Concentrix, my job there was assisting customer and giving them the best service as I much as I can, again after working hard and having a good metrics, leaders and my supervisor appreciate me and try me to make something new they give a position as a subject matter expert, as a subject matter expert is a really though job, all the of the customer issues that the other csr didnt resolve was transfer to us, and giving them the best resolution we can offer, after working for almost to years i decided to leave, trying to find again a new career a new knowledge, I try to get a job on World Source which is I'm still working with them as a Medical Biller, I assigned to Billing department, my job there was to assist the provider (doctor) to verify the payment by the Insurance company (US Based) reviewing all the claims of patient, checking patient eligibility, verifying if the service rendered was correct. nad many stuff. as I working with the company I become one of the outstanding employee for the month of December, January and February.
