As the head of procurement support I am the line manager for this department. This includes personnel care and overseeing the departments work output.In addition, I am a member of the management team, I am on the lookout for bottlenecks in daily operations and I prepare and monitor improvement plans. To do so, My analysis of data and processes is essential. In addition, I also manage the risk assessment and evaluation in the field of health, safety and environment.

My bachelor thesis investigated the internal controls regarding the “full cost system” at the Netherlands Enterprise Agency (NEA). The NEA helps with subsidies, finding business partners, and compliance with regulations and laws. One of the systems at NEA for allocation of costs is the so-called Full Cost System, also known as IKS. This research determined whether the NEA was complying with the law, regulations and their own internal control measures. The study focused on the requests from applicants who wanted to use IKS for calculating subsidies. From all the requests that came in since the start of IKS, a sample was drawn. This sample was examined using a checklist based on target laws and regulations. The data were submitted to statistical analysis.
