We, as Ditio, are convinced that the knowledge captured in our people (Ditiosi) and solutions is key for our future. Acting as CTO it is my pleasure to support Ditio’s strategy whereby we focus on our Academy containing learning & development as well as our knowledge modules. We invest in the Ditsiosi and our solutions to support a wide range of customers. Being a little disruptive, we offer solutions which are tailored to a problem and accelerate on project values. We look for the best and like to play with the best!Our business consultants do provide support in optimizing workflows and advise for improvements (including but not limited to software selection). We belief in the single data entry principles and combining data to turn it into information in order to support our clients to accelerate their project values.As supporting customers is our objective, I will continue to act as Senior Business Consultant on request (next to my CTO role).

Set-up and implement the Information Management strategy on projects;Preparation of the Project Information Management Plan ensuring the project complies to (the relevant) sections of the project contract, and with the overall Project execution Plan Coordinate the set-up of main systems (Materials Management, Document Management, Engineering and Design tools and databases, etc.) considering project and Client requirements for data handover;Coordination of the infrastructure setup for construction sites, client resident teams and joint venture partners in cooperation with the Information Technology (IT) department Part of the project Management team, liaise with Clients and/or Partners to ensure a smooth project execution from an Information and data management point of view IM budget control on projects, ensuring project scope changes are detected and implemented properly Capture lessons learned, best practices and support their embedding in the Company Management System, and providing input to audits and peer reviews.

The main objective was the roll-out of Document Management principles to all CB&I offices outside the America's. This roll-out was based upon a "Train the Trainer" programm (in-house developed) and Document Management workshops.All CB&I offices do execute Document Management based upon the same principles and workflows, with support of 1 tool, across the Globe on all projects. The EDMS (Document Management application) used to support this, is in-house developed and allows for standardization but also supports Client (or project specific) requirements and is designed for MOPEX (Multi Office Project Execution).From May. 2011- Sept 2013 I (also) acted as the Project Manager for iDocs Web development; a project with the (succesfully met) objective to describe (document by means of workflows, specs and use-cases) all requirements to develop our EDMS further into a fully webbased Document Management tool.
