Advised Croda Crop Care and Life Sciences management team on strategy for agricultural biostimulants and business integration of Plant Impact

Led a world-class team to build Plant Impact into an R&D leader in the discovery and commercialization of small molecule chemistry to improve agricultural yields. Over a multi-year international expansion, we built a leading product pipeline, grew product sales and expanded new strategic partnerships in more than 20 countries (with primary focus on Brazil, the United States and Argentina). Pi was publicly traded on the London Stock Exchange (AIM) until its acquisition by Croda International plc (LSE: CRDA) in March of 2018.

Responsible for global acquisitions, divestitures and other strategic initiatives at a $1.6 billion revenue, private-equity sponsored agrochemical multinational. Member of the Executive team and Global Operating Committee.Led the Group’s investment in emerging markets, working with regional management, the Group’s financial sponsors and its bank syndicate to expand in South Africa, India and Russia.

Managed corporate-wide strategy projects and post-merger integrations in the United States, Mexico and South Africa.

Privately-held leader in passive RFID space; focused on delivering RFID software and services to Retail, CPG, Pharmaceutical and Department of Defense customers. Third employee of the company; responsible for early sales, securing the company’s first customer, Costco. Acquired by VeriSign in May 2005.

Various sales, product marketing, corporate development and operational roles at QuantumShift, a venture-backed (Mayfield, TPG, Thomas Weisel Partners) hosted software company in the telecommunications space. Grew from post-startup to >$25M in revenue.
