O projeto foi concebido com a finalidade de prover modelos mais ágeis e eficientes de inovação para a empresa estatal. No escopo do trabalho foram definidos os métodos, artefatos, modelos de trabalho e conduta, planos estratégicos, políticas e foi feita toda a gestão operacional e tática das entregas bem como a mdiação dos interesses, conflitos e desafios inerentes ao projeto.

Responsible for development of CRM culture in the company. Directed the sponsorship proposals to customization. Created procedures and documents to improve relations between the company and university campus board. Structured the marketing company as an area of relationship with all stakeholders and created study groups in the areas of relationships and customer loyalty. Defined the main guidelines of the institutional video and restructured the group mission and vision.

Responsible for managing advertisement activities, design tools, market research and study of clients. Co-responsible for creating the social project EESC DIA FELIZ. Started the basic studies on customer care and loyalty and CRM philosophy.
