•Derive the monthly production requirement for All Over Print factory from the garments production plan.•Consult about the upcoming work load with Head of production and assist them to take appropriate action•Machine wise plan to meet capacity and if any gap found fulfilling capacity notify production head and factory manager•Make AOP plan as per garments requirement, follow-up plans and work closely with various departments to ensure items are being delivered within TOD•Follow up backward supply chain to feed the AOP plan properly•Conduct daily meetings to keep track of production schedules, follow up the weekly shipment schedule and running problem which is related with shipment•Sitting with AOP production concerns internally on daily basis to close the orders and set everyday delivery target•Analysis the bottleneck of AOP process to meet the plan and share the update with concern garments planners, merchandisers and dyeing production.•Coordinate with merchandising team for future orders, present order status and Share the plan& difficulties with concerns in weekly meeting•Resolve production issues and escalate unresolved issues to management promptly•Over all supply chain activities integration of All Over Printing
