G38, Force Management Officer for the G3 in a Theater Signal Command consisting of two brigades with joint, strategic, and tactical communications capabilities which provide C4 support to EUCOM, SHAPE, AFRICOM, USARAF and USAREUR. Responsible for coordinating all actions associated with European Theater Transformation to include inactivations, relocations, and modernization activities. Responsible for the development of all New Equipment Fielding (NEF) and New Equipment Training (NET) plans for the Command and two subordinate Signal Brigades. Responsible for keeping the Command informed of all future deployments for assigned units. Provides each deploying unit with visibility of available Theater Provided Equipment (TPE), replacing unit information and assisting each unit with the preparation and submittal of Operational Needs Statements (ONS) and Equipment Sourcing Documents (ESD) to include their validation, staffing, tracking and subsequent sourcing. Coordinates with the Force Management personnel within the 5th SC(T) G8 to maintain situational awareness of all Force Structure changes that may impact the command.

Force Management Officer assigned to G-38, Capabilities and Requirements Division, Army Cyber Command / 2nd Army to receive and manage critical cyber capability requirements from operational forces supporting strategic and operational objectives. Conduct analysis and provide recommendations to senior leaders of Army Cyber Command, US Cyber Command (USCC), and Headquarters, Department of the Army on various cyber force management issues to include capability development, force structure, research and development initiatives, and materiel development processes. As the G-38 Special Technical Operations (STO) planning officer, identify Computer Network Operations (CNO) capability gaps and ensure operational needs are met through the application of rapidly fielded initiatives.
