Club fitting/instructor of an indoor Golf entertainment and training centre. MAT (Motion Analysis Technology) system is a revoluntionary motion-capture system engineered to "place" a golfer into an animated, three-dimensional space. The MAT system allows us to measure a golfer's body and club movements accurately to within tenths of a degree. Data gathered from MAT helps us establish and validate our method of clubfitting and instruction.

To lead and motivate the activities of the Golf Operation at the Westwood Plateau Golf Academy and to assist with the overall guest experience in conjunction with the Food and Beverage Operation. To ensure that the long term financial stability and missions are achieved. To provide the opportunity for all team members engaged in the Golf Operation to develop their fullest potential and obtain a sense of accomplishment. To support all members of the senior management team in the development of marketing, financial performance, personnel and services to all guests. Direct responsibilities include the Retail Shop, Practice Range, Outside Golf Services, Inside Golf Services and the Golf Cart Fleet.
