Designed and implemented Operation and Maintenance processes that have assured a full 100% contractual SLA compliance with customers since the ready for service date.• Served as Interface for existing and new customers needs, designing bespoke new services, associated technical solutions and pricing structure.

Deployed a submarine and terrestrial WDM/SDH system between Canary Islands and mainland Spain in 18 months from ITP to RFS.• Leaded a multi-disciplinary team that deployed submarine cables, a proprietary/leased dark fiber network, and built landing stations in time, cost and quality. Coordinating more than 100 suppliers and obtaining all necessary marine and terrestrial permits from different governmental organisms.
