Thank you for taking the time to learn more about me. My experience as a professional has been in an advisory capacity. At IMA my role is to develop and facilitate responsive commercial insurance and employee benefit programs that address the special needs of food and manufacturing clients.At IMA we set ourselves apart by having shareholders who work every day at our company. We are privately held, employee owned and make decisions based on what is best for our clients and our culture, not what is demanded by stockholders. “Teamwork” isn’t just a buzzword at IMA—it’s the core principle that drives every decision and action.I have enjoyed being involved in my local community in West Seattle and serving 6 years on the foundation board at Providence Mount Saint Vincent and as president in my final year. My passion for the HR community allowed me to serve for 3 years on the Lake Washington Human Resource Association Board as well as 2 years on the SHRM Washington State Council. Most recently I served 7 years on the board at Food Lifeline and chaired the board my final 2 years. I have a fervor for volunteering with non-profits that support mental health and veteran programs. When I am not working or volunteering I still love to play soccer, hike, and enjoy winter sports. I have a son, daughter and lovely wife who support me in all that I do. I welcome friends, clients, and business partners to stay connected with me and network.
