The project has consolidated the E Division Headquarters of the RCMP which was dispersed across more than 20 aging locations throughout the Metro Vancouver area.The project has integrated operations in a new state-of-the-art facility in the City of Surrey. It is the first federal design, build, finance and maintain (DBFM) project and one of the largest accommodation projects in Pacific Canada. Under the terms of the contract, Green Timbers Accommodation Partners are responsible for design, build, finance, and to provide facility management services and life-cycle refurbishment over a period of 25 years post construction.
