This design was centered on a new manufacturing technique using a semi paint process. The design included automation and equipment to the manufacturing and packaging area that was essential to produce the multiple product lines. Our objective was to work together to assure RFT (Right First Time) Quality Assurance, and efficiency’s to ensure that all of the product lines performance would be consistent as the superior coatings of choice.• Design and implementation project 2007 – 2012 for KW Plastics the world’s largest plastic recycler located in Troy, Alabama. This project centered on the KW All Plastic Can. The design and construction included the necessary conveyor equipment needed for the manufacturing of the container at each of KW’s can manufacturing plants. Implementation of the new All Plastic Can required fill line modifications at all paint manufacturers converting to the new can, e.g. Valspar, Sherwin Williams and PPG• Design and construction project 2006 – 2007 for Xurex, Inc. a Nano-Coatings company located in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The Nano-Molecular Coatings highly automated manufacturing and packaging was essential to produce the entire company’s product line. Quality Assurance, via the “Zero-Defect” Program, ensured that all product performance would consistently rate as the superior protective coatings of choice.
