1. Responsible for all aspects of operational planning including managing of internal and external services regarding materials and processes 2. Lead entire slitting operation staff, including slitting, QC, packing and documentation personnel3. Continually expand knowledge of industry products and services to service internal and external customers. 4. Analyze production specifications and plant capacity to determine the optimum use and sequence of production for the slitting operation. 5. Manage all new product development in coordination with R&D. 6. Partner with the sales/ marketing team to better understand and interpret customer orders requirements.7. Coordinate with the staff to ensure resources and tools are readily available for all production operations scheduled.8. Provide field support for line trials at customer’s location upon request.9. Medical Packaging Company - Printed Tyvek and foil pouches, rollstock and lidstock. Supervison and technical support for pouch and slitting department. Designed and purchased new equipment.- Pouch machine ,slitter, and inline printer. Managed 2MM Budget with P&L responsiility.
