Justin Helmig has over 25 years of executive marketing, product, and general management experience with both public and private software companies.Justin is currently CEO at IMPLAN, the leader in economic analytics software.Previously, he was CMO at LifeOmic, the cloud and mobile software company powering precision health and wellness.Before LifeOmic, he was COO at Investor Management Services, a private equity-backed fintech company. He was responsible for leading marketing, product management, customer success, development, UX, and cloud ops.Prior to IMS, he was the CMO of Interactive Intelligence (Nasdaq: ININ), a public software company that was acquired for $1.4B. In addition to managing the global marketing organization, he had a leadership role in acquisition integration. Before Interactive, Mr. Helmig was CEO of Demand Signals, a SaaS company that uses data science to drive organic traffic and leads for consumer brands by bridging content marketing and SEO. Prior to Demand Signals, he was Vice President of Data as a Service at Informatica which acquired StrikeIron. He was responsible for leading development, product management, and devops with teams in the US and Germany. Prior to the acquisition, he was Executive Vice President of Products and Technology at StrikeIron, a venture-backed web API company. He was responsible for leading engineering, product management, devops, support, and sales engineering. Previously at StrikeIron, he was Vice President of Marketing where his team built the demand generation engine that fueled our growth.Prior to StrikeIron, Mr. Helmig was Vice President of Product Management at TapRoot, a venture-backed mobile software company. Before TapRoot, Mr. Helmig was a member of Texas Instrument's Strategy and Corporate Development group. He also held leadership positions in TI's sales and marketing organization and technical positions Qualcomm.Mr. Helmig holds a BS in Computer Engineering from Clemson University and an MBA from Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.
