Information Technology Portfolio Manager
CurrentIn this current role, I deliver strategic leadership in leading IT program governance, projects, and roadmaps for the IT program portfolio supporting operations of the federal human capital management model. One of my key responsibility is to identify business requirements for IT solutions and services, evaluate project feasibility and cost/benefit. IT Governance process for evaluating current and future IT business requirements, including overseeing the IT roadmap, monitoring IT project performance, coordinating strategic planning activities for HRM IT initiatives, and developing cost benefit analyses of IT projects and services. Additionally, I foster relationships with stakeholders with a keen focus on negotiating contact/agreement terms for the benefit of the organization and ensuring project execution within the agreed timeline, budget, and scope of work.
